Vantai24h – 07/14/2015 - With the desire to share life difficulties with local people and students at the remotely mountainous area, Transport 24h accompanied “Noi vong tay lon” Assiciation to transport charitable commodity from Hanoi to Tuyen Quang, bringring warm feelings from benefactors living both in the country and abroad to residents and children at Thang Loi Church, Go Danh Village, Phu Lam Town, Yen Son District, Tuyen Quang Province.
The chilly winds of winter could not prevent Transport 24h from shipping gifts from benefactors and “Noi Vong Tay Lon” Association to the locals living in Go Danh Village, Phu Lam Town, Tuyen Quang Province. The charity program received enthusiastic supports from a large number of sponsors including students, artists along with many organizations, domestic and abroad individuals. Transport 24h donated 6 million VND in cash and financed 100% shipping freight for all the charity commodity, namely: 2,000 kilos of rice; 1,300 clothes; 1,000 notebooks; 1000 pens; 500 boxes of fresh milk; 200 schoolbags; 200 shoes and boots; 200 candy and biscuit gifts; 200 school supplies; 200 winter blankets as well as many kinds of food, family things. All donated goods werr presented to local households and students.

This time’s charity program received enthusiastic supports from organizations, individuals, businessmen and famous celebrities such as “Skinny” Giang, artist Dao Hoang, singer Hong Hanh... Not only material supports but artists also brought laugh and happiness to the local people. At almost 7 pm, everyone was all excited after fishing the last stages for the night meeting with the local residents, which happening earlier than expected. In the freezing cold and the quiet space of mountains, voices and laughs make people’s hearts feel warmer. We are no longer strangers and shy but only happiness, sympathy and optimism. Artists all gave interesting and humorous performances to the audience. The charity trip lasted only for two days but Transport 24h together with artists and members of “Noi Vong Tay Lon” Association all tried to complete the work by handing presents to local people living at impoverished villages from ethnic minorities including: Cao lan, H’Mong, Muong, Tay and Mang Quang Trang in Tuyen Quang Province. The bright eyes and happy smiles of disadvantaged children made the night less cold.

Mrs.Nguyen Thanh Thuy, the leader of “Noi Vong Tay Lon” Assocition shared with us: “ When autumn almost passes and winter wilds are coming every year, I usually think of unfortunate souls with impoverished backgrounds, disadvantaged children living without proper care from parents. Therefore, I decided to establish “Noi Vong Tay Lon” Association where I can work with other people with the same objectives to help poor people of Tuyen Quang Province to partly overcome their life difficulties. My heart ached once the old and the sick tightly hold my hands without leaving when we gave them gifts donated by sponsors. At that special time, I realized how warm and valuable feelings between humans are!”.

The charity program finished in the warm firelight in the middle of winter night. We departed back to Hanoi on Monday morning to go to work in time. The firm grasps were so warm that we did not stop our emotions. We truly hope that the warmth of humans’ hearts and sympathy will somehow dispel freezing winds in the winter”.
