Vantai24h - Date 18/04/2016 -The transport system from Ho Chi Minh City (Sai Gon) to Tien Giang has been increased in both quality and quantity. The fast deliver along with a large number of trips per day has built a solid foundation for firms to enhance their abilities of transportation.
For the last few years, Transport 24 Co.Ltd’s branch in Ho Chi Minh City has received many orders to ship goods from Sai Gon to Tien Giang. To save shipping rates, customers choose consolidated shipment in which individual consignments are combined to make up a full container load. Highway 50 is a route linking Ho Chi Minh City to Long An and Tien Giang with the length of nearly 90km. It is a main traffic route in the road system connecting Ho Chi Minh City and provinces of Cuu Long Delta. The route starts at Nhi Thien Duong Bridge (District 8, HCM City), then runs through Binh Chanh District to Long An Province. Highway 50 goes through districts of Can Giuoc, Can Duoc before leading to Go Cong Town (Cho Gao District, Tien Giang Province). It ends in My Tho City.
To transport goods from Ho Chi Minh City to Tien Giang, drivers have many options to choose as follows:
National Route 1A: to ship goods from HCM City to Can Tho City or provinces of Vinh Long, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, An Giang, Ca Mau and so forth. Drivers start in the inner HCM City to Binh Chanh, then turn on Route 1A at the Binh Thuan Intersection. Next, you run through My Yen, Vinh Loc, Ben Luc Bridge and Tan An Bridge before reaching Tan An City (Long An Province). From there, keeping going straight, you will get to Tien Giang Province. According to veteran drivers, due to its importance in the traffic system of Southwest Vietnam, the section of Route 1A running through Tien Giang has a high volume of traffic. This is even more serious at the sections leading to Rach Mieu Bridge and My Duc Tay Bridge”.
Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway: from the inner HCM City, trucks move to Binh Chanh, then turn on HCM- Trung Luong Expressway at Binh Thuan Intersection. Next, you go further 50km before turning on Highway 1A to reach Tieng Giang Province.
Highway 50: since the construction of My Loi Bridge, the distance between HCM City and Tien Giang is reduced to 25 km so Highway 50 is the best route to choose at the moment. Compared to Route 1A and HCM City- Trung Luong Expressway, the distance from HCM City to Go Cong Town (Tien Giang) through My Loi Bridge is shortened by about 75km. Highway 50 was broadened and upgraded, making it convenient for traffic.
Goods transportation journeys from HCM City to Long An and Tien Giang have become much more efficient thanks to the development of road infrastructure. Logistics companies in general and Transport 24h Co.Ltd in particular have increasingly invested in facilities to enhance their transport services to meet rising demands of customers.
