Highway 4E of 44 km starts from Xuan Quang Intersection (Bao Trang District), runs across Pho and reaches Lao Cai City. It is the main route to transport minerals from Industrial Apatits Zone of Lao Cai. At that time, this route was renovated and upgraded so there were many potholes and heavy dust so it was very difficult to drive, especially when it rains. I have not driven along this route since then but hopefully, the construction was completed to help travelling to be much easier”.
