Vantai24h – Date 09/09/2015 – The highway Phap Van – Cau Gie allows vehicles to drive with the maximum speed of 100 kilometers per hour. Because of its characteristics as a highway, the distance of 30 kilometers will shorten the total time of transport.

After 45 minutes, we reached to the charging station of the Highway. Tung said: “The distance between Cau Gie and Ninh Binh is 50 km and there are about 50 cameras installed along the road. Therefore, drivers must follow traffic rule seriously and keep the safe distance with other vehicles”.
     

On the way, Tung told me many funny stories and the specialities of each region but most of them are about his driving experience. We soon got to the charging station in the end of the highway, I saw a sign showing towards Ninh Binh on the right. A truck also needs one hour to complete this road of 50 km. Before getting to the charging station, many signs asking for decreasing the speed are installed along the road. Drivers need to adhere to the rules and follow signs to decline the speed suitably. Many drivers still ignore signs and drive with high speed. When getting close to the station, they decrease the speed so suddenly that many dangerous situations which endanger their lives and the vehicle happen.

After leaving the station behind, Tung turned right and got into the Highway 10. This road connects Nam Ding Province with Ninh Binh City. The road lane here is quite narrow but the number of vehicles going from both sides is high, so drivers need to observe the road carefully. Do not overtake if the safety is not ensured. Going 5 km further, we reached to Ninh Binh City. We had to unload goods in the city center so drivers had called the customer in advance to find a safe place to park and unload the goods.

Ninh Binh Province has developed strongly in every section from politics to economy and culture in recent years. It is not only famous for its beautiful tourism attractions but it is also a center of agriculture civilization, which is a cultural feature of the Delta of Red River. Culture and tourism are invested strongly and develop with diverse activities combining between spiritual and ecological tourism. Domestic and foreign tourists will come to Ninh Binh with greater number, stimulating trading and the number of goods transport journeys of Trasnport 24h Co. Ltd from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. The volume of vehicles joining traffic in Ninh Binh becomes larger so the number of province’s traffic police also increases. Therefore, drivers need to follow traffic rules to ensure efficiency and safety for each journey./.
