The front of the car was crushed, the median strip was damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties. A quick check showed that the driver did not violate alcohol concentration or use drugs. 
Road Traffic Police Team No. 7 arrived at the scene to direct traffic and handle the incident.

According to VietnamPlus, by the night of October 7, deeply flooded traffic spots nationwide—of which Hanoi has 19 affected locations—are expected to be reopened to traffic.
